Why Are We Different?
Unlike other charitable organizations, the Character and Courage Foundation receives funding for its day-to-day operations through
an outside source, not a percentage of donations received.That means 100% of the money we raise goes toward fulfilling our mission.
Also, the Character and Courage Foundation is not directly affiliated with any organization or corporation. While participation by professional teams, brands, and other for-profit entities is welcome, the Character and Courage Foundation is not governed by corporate or commercial interests.
Instead, we are focused on creating our own team. Fans, former and current players, team officials, other charities - all are invited to join.
And all team members have a say in how Foundation money is spent.
This is one team that does not compete. We believe more can be accomplished when we work with others to achieve a common goal.
